Configuring
Gmail
:
We will configure Gmail so that e-mails you compose will show your slimail address. This way - everyone will see only this address.
These steps are required even if you're sending e-mails not through gmail's website.
1. Go to "
Settings
" on the top right corner of your gmail page. Select the "
Accounts
" tab.
2. Click "
Add another address
".
3. Enter your new slimail address and press "
Next Step
".
4. Press "
Send Verification
".
5. Without closing the window, go back to your inbox - you will see a new mail from "Gmail Team",
open it & press the link
.
6. Return to the settings page, you will now see your new account. Press "
make default
".
If you are using gmail through another client
like Outlook (not through gmail's site) - choose the client's name in the list again, and configure it too.
